Study On Test Methods Of BOPP PSAT And Affect From The Change Of The PSA Thickness

BOPP PSAT is a kind tape which is felt on things with little pressure.It is widely used in packaging boxes.180°peel power,holding power,tack and pull power are the most important character for PSAT.Because the differents in test methods between domestic and overseas,the test results can not be compared. And the mechanics characters in different temperature,humidity and PSA thickness are worth studying to reduce cost,insure performance and choose material reasonable.Meanwhile this article has practice meaning about estimating PSAT performance and directing package application.In the article we use emulsion copolymerization polyacrylic ester BOPP PSAT as the sample.Study the test metods of 180°peel power,holding power and pull power. 180°peel power and pull power are studied by orthogonal experiment depend on kinds of methods in different countrys.On the one hand, analyse the remarkable factors, and the other hand compare the test methods in different countrys.Try to find the comparable facors in the different methods.Then analyse the remarkable level in remarkable factors.In the basic of the forth paragraph,study the change trend of 180°peel power,hold power and tack in different PSA thickness whith different temperature and humidity.In the normative entironment,the main intention is to find the differents in mechanics characters form the change of PSA thickness.And in the work entironment we will find the effect from different temperature and humidity more.I wish i could find the rule of the effect from different entironment .And this article also studied effection fron PSA thickness and the reasonable numerical value of PSA.Putting forward scientific guideline of quality evaluatment and forming reasonable PSAT test methods are innovation of the article.Also it has good meanings to produce process of PSAT.Result of the words has guidance to production and quality control of PSAT.
