In 2020 the installed capacity will reach 950 million kilowatts, Thermal power installed capacity of which still accounted for more than 70%, in order to improve the efficiency of thermal power generating units, it is necessary to increase the pressure and temperature, therefore, the boiler steel and welded joints of the heat-resistant steel corrosion is to increase the pressure and temperature is one of the key technologies.The main test for the use of existing power station boilers require the latest development of the austenitic stainless steel Susper304H,TP347HFG and HR3C, boiler simulation of the actual use of the environment, use Na2SO4/NaCl as the corrosive, to conducted on samples of salt, study the regional situation which corrosive on the base metal, corrosion of welded joints on corrosive composition, corrosive temperature and surface hot peening ;thought XRD and SEM to analysis the Morphology of corrosion and ingredients of corrosion. Through the test data we can see:that the degree of the austenitic stainless steel hot corrosion increase as the temperature rises higher, when corrosion temperature is the same,in Na2SO4/NaCl hot corrosion medium, NaCl of base metal corrosion plays a major role;Througn surface rotoblast austenitic stainless steel TP347H,heat-resistant corrosion have a best rotoblast number,whenthe time of rotoblast is 120 min,corrosion tempreture is 650℃corrosion composition Na2SO4∶NaCl=2∶1,the heat-resistant corrosion of TP347H is the best. Compare the regional welded joints, weld, base metal, heat-affected areas ,we can known that:under the same corrosion conditions,, the HAZ is the greatest impact of corrosion, followed by Weld, the base metal. The crrosion products are mainly Fe2O3, Cr2O3 and NaFeO3.
