Firstly, on the basis of rock blasting theory, blasting mechanics of rock roadway driving & blasting vibration seismic wave transmission laws and effect & blasting seismic forecast & blasting vibration safety criterion & controlling of blasting vibration were researched theoretically. Based on the theories of fracture mechanics and damage mechanics, rack expansion range of I type and I-II complex type was calculated according to start-stop conditions of country rock crack, obtained expansion range of the two type crack. On deep analysis base of blasting seismic wave, character of blasting seismic wave in propagation, energy, frequency and altitude, and damage is illustrated, advanced that both rock and rock mass can emerged accumulated damage by function of blasting seismic wave dynamic load.According to work field roadway conditions of Yangliu Coalmine and Liuzhuang Coalmine, optimized the driving blasting parameters, hard rock roadway medium-hole blasting test was conducted. On basis of theoretical analysis, lay down test scheme of blasting vibration, adopted a advanced test instrument Blastmate SeriesIII for test blasting seismic wave of roadway driving multipoint and repeatedly.Regression analysis and established relationship between particle vibration velocity, acceleration and proportionate charge, relational expression between vibration spread velocity and frequency is proposed; and according to velocity, acceleration, frequency and variation of loosing wild before and after blasting, blasting vibration seismic wave transmission laws of the roadway wall rock and difference between blasting of ground surface, and laid special stress on analysis blasting seismic effect on wall rock stability by analysis influence of vibration on wall rock loosing wild.On the basis of theoretical analysis and field monitor, the present information of single index of blasting vibration safety criterion, approached faultiness and suggestions of blasting vibration safety criterion, put forward that should take velocity, frequency and last time for establish a new multiparameter blasting safety criterion. At the same time, also put forward techniques for reduce seismic effect of roadway driving blasting.
