The decomposition rate of AP in energetic materials has much effect on the energy characteristic and safety capability. Therefore, it is important to adjust and control the decomposition process of AP.This dissertation deals with the catalyzing effect and kinetic of various metal complexes containing different metals or different organic donors by thermal analysis tech.According to two well known thermal decomposition kinetic equation, Kissenger method and Ozawa method, controlled different calefactive speeds during catalyzing decomposition, thermal decomposition kinetics of two kinds of Cu and Ni-containing catalysts was investigated. As a result, the relativity between Kissenger method and Ozawa method was proved.
