The fire science is a branch of emerging science in modern times. There are two major research method at present:,experimental study and numerical simulation study. Two partment work are compeleted in this thesis at the basement of study content and research method home and abroad. One is the design of supervisory system for the bulk space laboratory of Fire Research Institute of Shen Yang, the other is making thermal radiation model of small spaces fire.Experiment of bulk space is an important part to modern science of fire.In this thesis,design of a supervisory system that PLC and up computer united is offered and comes ture. A particular description about how to design and carry out hardware system and software system is gived. Hardware control circuit diagrams and frame work argumentation of software system are here. Several menus of manipulation in up computer are also gived. Practical application demonstrates that the supervisory system is good at regulating the electric power parameters ,the automatic follows and site plants of the laboratory. Perfect application with the supervisory system makes the fire research laboratory's functions safe.The second of content of the second part in thesis is making a thermal radiation model of small spaces fire combustion soure models and fire plume models home and abroad. Several fire combustion models ,fire plume models and Ment Carlo Method are gived here.A simplified thermal radiation model is made then by beam energy absorbed count with superimposing combustion soure radiation and fire plume radiation.Then,a temperature scale comparation result between calculated value and experiment value is gived.The comparation testified the model can reflect true law of fire in part. In the end of this part,a curve about time and temperature is gived based on model data,estimated the time from fire growth phase to buring point of the microfacet on the space enclosing structure.
