With modern industry's developing rapidly in our country, Phosphate resources development and utilization of economic development plays a particularly important role. China is largest phosphate producing country on the world, phosphate rock is rich in resources, However, China's phosphate resources development is characterized by the use of less rich, many in low-grade ore, Mining is difficult, more of refractory of mine and Less mine of easy election; Foreign phosphate resources also are limited, Mining and mineral processing more and more difficult. At the same time, too much phosphorus into the water, could cause serious environmental pollution-Eutrophication. Therefore, Phosphate Research on recycling has become very urgent and important.This issue come from high phosphorus oolitic hematite in western Hubei acid leaching of phosphorus leaching down waste water, The small waste water turbidity, Great acidity, high phosphorus, Which is well suitable to carry out a study of phosphate recovery. Focus on the subject of high-phosphorus hematite mineral processing high-phosphorus wastewater treatment, This paper carried out on two single phosphate recycling experiments. Test includes full-precipitation test, Second-wide water sedimentation test, Step-by-step precipitation, Oxide ore leaching test, Oxidative sediment wastewater step-by-step test, Precipitation four-step test, Flocculation precipitation test, Wastewater reuse, and so on. After the test, test the material elements of waste residue, receiveing the optimum conditions for the recovery test ,To be the ultimate high-phosphorus wastewater recycling pilot program.Oxidants increase leaching test does not affect the effect of lowering phosphorus,it improve the recovery rate of iron leaching test, and it will facilitate the further step-by-step precipitation wastewater recycling iron phosphate test, Therefore, this test program is the oxidation of phosphorus leaching down, step-by-step precipitation follow-up to deal with waste water oxidation leaching. The ultimate test program is the treatment process of four-step precipitation wastewater after oxide ore leaching: The first step precipitation neutralizer is to iron hydroxide powder and sodium hydroxide liquid standards, the last three-step precipitation neutralizer is calcium oxide powder, pH range of precipitation are:0.70-1.25,1.25-3.60,3.60-6.00, 6.00-9.00. The best test conditions:(1) The oxidant leaching test's type and amount of oxidant: 50% PZH pharmacy, the amount's 11.7L / (t iron ore);(2) 50% solution of sodium hypochlorite, the amount's 11.7L / (t iron ore); (3) the second step by adding a small amount of polyacrylamide flocculants do, Flocculation stirring rate not less than 1,200rpm, Flocculation stir time of 1 minute, Precipitation for 5 minutes; (4) The fourth step by adding aluminum polymer flocculant to do, Mixing time and precipitation time of 20 minutes. The results of the test: The first step precipitation has been 90.19 percent purity test of the iron phosphate sediment, Recycling capacity of 10.2g/L; The second step to achieve efficient flocculation precipitation; The third step recovery of about 90% pure calcium phosphate, the recovery capacity of 11.8g/L; The fourth step of dealing with the waste water can be used for reduced phosphorus acid leaching test industry, or meet emission standards.
