Water lubricated compound rubber bearings of key parts of Mechanical Transmission System have been widely used, because of resource-saving, environment-friendly, simple structure and higher property. For a long time, but there are many problems in vulcanization forming technology of water lubricated compound rubber bearings, such as bad heat distribution in every part, long time curing, low production efficiencies, great labors intensity and so on, which caused that the key technical capability parameters of the product after vulcanization, such as carrying capacity, working speed, friction factor, dimensional stability, surface roughness are hard to reach ideal effect. Therefore, it has good engineering significance to design a well-distributed, short time heating and high efficiency equipment to solve the problems above.This research work was supported by National Natural Science Key Projects"The Design Theory and Method of the New Type High-performance Transmission Parts and System Reliability"(NO: 50735008). Aiming at the common technical problems existing in engineering composite materials precision forming equipments at home and abroad, the paper puts forward an design plan of automatic ejection of water lubrication bearing and design a electric inductive hot pressing die for engineering composite materials precision forming,based on a patent which is a kind of electric inductive hot pressing die to precision engineering plastic(Patent Applied No: 200510057234.0) invented by Professor Wang Jiaxu et al in the State Key Laboratory of mechanical transmission. The major research is listed as follows:①The paper pointed out problems of the traditional vulcanization technology of water lubricated compound rubber bearings and proposed solution of electric inductive heating instead of resistance heating.②The paper makes an intensive analysis at the vulcanization forming process of rubber products and makes a description and induction of curing characteristics, which lay a theoretical foundation for designing electric inductive hot pressing die to engineering composite materials precision forming.③With the practical process demand, the parameters of electric inductive hot pressing die to engineering composite materials precision forming is carried out.④The problems of the traditional vulcanization technology of water lubricated compound rubber bearings are researched. And the plan of its automatic ejection is proposed. Combined with the plan, the electric inductive hot pressing die to engineering composite materials precision forming is designed.⑤The electromagnetic-heat coupling analysis of the inductive heating process of electric inductive hot pressing die for engineering composite materials precision forming is carried out with the help of COMSOL Multiphysics software.
