Based on analyzing theories and techniques for nitrogen and phosphorus removal, summing up technical characteristics of OCO reactor,It modifiers OCO to MOCO by adding a deversion wall. Which reducing the land , money and energy comsumption.Wastewaters go to anaerobic region first, that not only could accommodate the quality and quantity of water, but also could reduce pH, and enhance the ratioes of BOD5 and CODCr, which is propitious to the aerobic bio-treatment latter. The followings were studied in experiments: the romoval of CODCr, NH3-N,TN and chromaticity;optimal parameters for MOCO used in treating dyeing wastewater;Establish and evaluate kinetic model of the removal of organic compounds.By many experiments the optimal parameters for MOCO are got. Those are as following: HRT is 7h, the sludge loading is 0.42kgBOD5/ (kgML- -SS·d),the volume loading is 1.03kg BOD5/(m3·d). At the same time ,the removal rates of CODCr, NH3-N, TN and chromaticity are up to 91.78%,83.21%,52.37%,and 87.34% res- pectively. The final effluent CODCr, NH3-N reach GradeⅠo f Discharged Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing-Printing of Textile Industry (GB4287-92), the chromaticity also mee- s the criteria of GradeⅡof Discharged Standard for wastewater of Dyeing-Printing of Textile Industry (GB4287-92).Therefore, the method is effective and feasible in the treatm- ent of dyeing wastewater.Based on the comprehensive analysis of a number of testing data, and combined with Monod equationμ=μma+x ,the kinetics models of MOCO have been obtained as following :Through experiments and establishing kinetics models to get the optimal parameters have enriched the theories of treatment of dyeing wastewater and provide some references for further testing and engineering application. It will be also a guidance to other similar industrial sewages.
