This study is used for the microorganism immobilization nitrifying treatment of the original effluent from Catalyst Complex of Qilu Petrochemical Crop of SINOPEC. The catalyst wastewater with high concentration of CODcr and NH4-N is complex. The experiment was carried out to study the process of treating ammonium nitrogen wastewater in gas-liquid-solid three phase flow airlift loop bioreactor.Firstly, the activated sludge obtained from a fertilizer plant is acclimated through batch and gradient culture into the preponderant aerobic bacteria. Activated carbon carries were put into bioreactor for the film-forming culturing, then obtained stability immobilization biofilm.Secondly, the influence of the variety of operational condition on wastewater treatment in three phase flow airlift loop bioreactor was investigated. The results show that the optimum operation condition was obtained as HRT is 15h, temperature is settled to 30-35℃,the pH valus is adjusted to 7.0-7.5,and ug is 10mm/s. Under this condition, the effluent COD< 25mg/L,NH4-N <15mg/L.Additionally,the long term performance and the radical and axial positions in the bioreactor on the reductions of COD and NH4-N were also investigated. The results show that little influence on the local profiles of CODcr and NH4-N. The final outflow is up to the state standard of industrial wastewater(COD≤150mg/L,NH4+-N≤25mg/L).
