Hydrogen sulfide is a kind of highly stimulating gas with rotten-egged odor, and that strong nerve poison can be of great harm to humans by toxic gas.It even combusts and explodes easily and metale are likely to be eroded by it so that the pipelines are often blocked .Tail gas and natural gas would pollute the air terrbly even if there is a little hydrogen sulfide in them and lots of resources are abandoned because of low concentration of hydrogen sulfide in them. Thus,to remove low concentration H2S is an important issue that should be solved as soon as possible. One of the popular solutions is catalytic it with impregnated activated carbon ,which is economical,easily operated,high-efficiency desulphurization and renewable easily.The research objective uses immersion technology, dipping impregnation into activated carbon with good adsorption performance, aerobic and anaerobic circumstances, by changing the temperature, relative humidity, CO2 content impregnated activated carbon inspected the conditions of low concentration of hydrogen sulfide removal performance, while the activated carbon impregnated activated carbon and renewable methods were studied.Through the experimental study, the paper reached the following conclusions: (1) with potassium carbonate (K2CO3) impregnation of the impregnation of activated carbon from H2S is the best, the best of potassium carbonate is 6 percent, its sulfur capacity relative to nearly the end of activated carbon 30 percent. (2) relative humidity increased, easily formed water film, dipping to the activated carbon adsorption capacity and hydrogen sulfide, sulfur capacity larger. (3) under aerobic conditions, more oxygen more H2S impregnated activated carbon in the removal Oxidation of sufficient oxygen enough; low temperature is conducive to physical adsorption, the temperature rises to the chemical reaction to a temperature of 120℃, the largest capacity of sulfur. (4) and thermal renewable law, the chemical oxidation of renewable law more efficient, renewable best conditions are as follows: 30% of the concentration of H2O2, renewable temperature 70℃, renewable time 90 min, impregnated activated carbon regeneration efficiency 71.7 percent.
