Apdipic acid(ADA),is the most important fat binary acid which is widely applied. Because the market of Apdipic acid is increasing quickly, the output of Apdipic acid does not satisfy with the needs of marketplace. So China needs to import Apdipic acid from abroad. It is urgent to develop the production of ADA for our country. In the system of production for ADA, the operation of drying cell has a important effect on the quality and energy consumption. The riginal drying system of adilic acid mainly used to dry by air current, which will waste much energy and the size of production is small. So we need to study a new, energy conservation and high-effect dying system. The technology of industrialization of fluidizing bed with immersed tube is sequential and convenience, the contact is uniform between gas and solid. The drying intensity is high and the effect of indirect heat exchange is high. Tube or tabulate heat transfer is inside fluidizing bed applying fluidizing technology, which will strengthen the grain of solid and heat transfer of heat media. This technology has high thermal efficiency for drying and the drying intensity. This paper studied industrialization of fluidizing bed with immersed tube of apdipic acid. The property of heat transfer, mass transfer, the structures of instruments of fluidizing bed with immersed tube of apdipic acid were studied. At the same time, we studied the relationship between the parameters of system operation and the dying effect. By calculating the system and the method of designing of this fluidizing bed, we finished the the designing of structure and optimized scheme of the system. We developed the installation of fluidizing bed with immersed tube which will have high effect and save energy.
