This paper in view of present crude distillation unit's running situation, combining with progress of research and processing all over the world has carried out the research, The main research as follows:By referring extensively, indexing the domestic and foreign correlation data, investing and studying, analyzing service condition of crude distillation unit, has taken charge of present situation of crude distillation unit and anticorrosion need to be solved quickly.By collecting related data from some crude distillation units and literature,doing some simulated experiments, has completed the performance experiment and realized the mapping relations between the naphthenic acid content,the temperature,the material,the velocity of flow and the corrosion rate.By research, has proposed strengthening anticorrosion in processing, selecting rules of materials in view of the corrosion mechanism and prepareng a high temperature corrosion inhibitor.emphasized the importance of the corrosion manages and inspecting in the anticorrosion, and proposed some other important anticorrosion measures.In brief, the study in this paper is important to solve corrosion problems and safty in the crude distillation unit, and improve economic benefit of petrochemical enterprise.
