Flavonoids has not only natural anti-oxygenation ,but also strong power to eliminate the free radical.In general,solvents methods , water and organic solvents,were used to extract flavonoid from plants. The cost of solvents extraction was much more than that of water extraction, and the safe quality of the product was also influenced by extracting solvents. However water extraction with high temperature and long time.Also had influenced on the extracting result.This paper mainly studied on extracting flavonoids from gold lotus by microwave. The most economical and practical extracting technique was selected by single factor experiments and perpendicular design. And the optimal extracting conditions as follows:microwave 600W 8min,ratio of stuff and solvent was 1:20,70%ethanol, and than 60℃water bath 40min.In the part of the macroporous resins refining, absorption and separation performance of five kinds of macroporous resins, NKAII,AB-8,X-5,D101 and HPD-300 ,extracting the flavonoid from gold lotus were studied in this paper. The research showed that HPD-300 had the optimal absorption and desorption capacity. And the optimal extracting conditions was as follows: The pH of saturation is5.0, the pour rate is 2BV/h, desorption with water first, and then with 70% ethanol at a rate of 1BV/h ,the dosage of ethanol is 1.5BV every time. The content of the flavonoid in extraction increased to 53.8% in the results from spectrophotometer.Finally,the anti-oxidation ability of gold lotus'flavonid extracting in arachis oil was analyzed.Results showed that the anti-oxidation ability of extracting was improved as the amount added increased.And the anti-oxidation effect of the refined products was better than that of the un-refined products.If 0.04% Vitamin C or 0.02% citric acidwas used as synergistic agent of 0.5%refined flavonoids of gold lotus,the anti-oxidation effectapproximately equal to of 0.02% 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol.
