With the adopt of the refrigeration reagent 134a of the environmental-protect- type for the automobile parallel-flow air conditioner radiator, the demand for the high-precision and multi-port aluminum alloy tube was remarkable increased, but at present it cann′t be made in China,it is largely dependent on Japanese imports .In the course of replacement from the refrigeration reagent 12 to 134a, the gilled tube radiator and serpentine tube radiator were taken place by the parallel-flow air conditioner radiator for its more reasonable constructor and super property. In this paper , the development situation of multiport aluminum alloy tube for automobile air-conditioner radiator in foreign countries was summaried.It also showed that the excellent parallel-flow air conditioner radiator was the direction for home-made multiport aluminum alloy tube of autobile air-conditioner radiator. So the 3003 aluminium alloy was choosed as my research and development targets in this paper. It shows that in the coarce of continuous extrusion(CONFORM),the severe shearing deformation is generated in the deformation zone between side-extrusion die holes. It will be produced bigger deformation fever in the acute shearing deformation, furthermore, because of being able to make material deformation become comparatively homogeneous in entire area,the metal plasticity deformation ability is improved.In this paper, the impacts of processing parameter over product quality such as squeezing speed ,temperature , ratio , travel gap were analysed , pertinent technological parameters of 3003 aluminium alloy were ascertained thereby . The flow stress behavior of 3003 aluminium alloy was also studied , the flow stress equation was fixed from peak stress.The result shows that the dynamic recrystallization occurs as well as dynamic recovery in the course of deformation in high temperature. The 6 holes multiport aluminum tube with the size of 1.8×16×0.4mm was successfully developed for the reasonable mould and the advanced technology .Mechanical properties and micro-structure test show that the processing parameters and mould design are reasonable for multiport aluminum alloy product which will fully satisfy users'demands.
