With the constant in-depth study of misfit—layered compound, designed and synthesized materials with a high dielectric constant and high ferroelectric are expected. And scientists expect we can synthesis material with a high thermoelectric effect, high photoelectric effect and the material with effects of high-voltage and even high-temperature superconductors. So that it can be widely used as electronic materials, optical materials, electrical materials, magnetic materials and catalytic materials. In general, Layered compounds can be opened by polar organic molecules and inorganic cation, swelling in solvents. After the washed it formed of a single inorganic layer of nano. Synthesized complex layered compounds through cation exchange way that the inorganic cations as columns. Perovskite-type layered compounds structure generally is octahedral oxygen layer and metal ions form layered structure along the c axis Waffle-like。K2La2Ti3O10 with layered structure make it has many potential applications, such as good photocatalytic, and ion-exchange and intercalation reactions, etc. This paper mainly discussed synthesis solid-state K2La2Ti3O10 at high-temperature and the study on its character, and try to use ion exchange and amine processing stripping its layer. The reorganization experiment is the preparation of a series of transition metal - titanium oxides, used solid-state K2La2Ti3O10 as precursor. Expecting a good photocatalyst can be achieved. And used XRD, IR, TG-DTA, TEM, SEM, SAED, ICP and other modern methods in analytics and test structure of the composition of compounds, as well as physical and chemical properties were studied and characterized.
