High velocity forming (HVF) is the shaping method of materials by impulse impact pressure with rapidly conveying energy to workpiece during very short durations. The material formability is largely improved compared to static forming method. And some kinds of metals and alloys are brittle at room temperature and are difficult to process Under plastic processing, so these metals can be smooth processing if they are heated to a certain temperature before the deformation. It can generate some response, significantly reduce internal stress and deformation resistance, improve the plasticity in addition to produce work-hardening. For the reason that making full use of advantages of electromagnetic forming& warm forming to improve the forming performance. So it is indispensable to study the constitutive model of the Composite Forming of HVF&Warm forming to guide metals' transformation.The composite forming of High velocity forming&Warm forming was studied based on electromagnetic forming method. It was summarized the change of constitutive relation to be important factor effecting the material high velocity formability. The strain-rate and temperature improvement determined the constitutive change. Effect of strain-rate was obvious.The constitutive model of HVF&Warm forming was researched based on the electromagnetic with accessorial sheet method, which had uniform electromagnetic force. With analyzed the deformation phases under the HVF&Warm forming conditions. And Analysis of the impact of the Discharge voltage, discharge Capacitor and the forming temperature. The displacement, strain of workpiece and electromagnetic force was obtained.Geted the stress-strain curves of magnalium sheet under the HVF&Warm forming conditions based on the SHPB experiment and seted up the constitutive model of magnalium. The result of simulation and experment declared that the HVF &warm formiing constitutive model could express rightly on the formability of metals in HVF&warm foming. make a certain sense of leading research.
