CO2 as an important industrial raw material had been widely used in a number of industrial sector.Recent years CO2 were seemed as an important resource for the 21st century in C1 chemical technology area.Chinese CO2 emission ranks third in the world,so it's significative to separation and recovery of CO2.The key of CO2 separation and recovery is condense of thin CO2,and then refine them.China update the "National Standards of carbon dioxide as food additives" in 2006 10th.The standards make a more strict control to the leftover of carbon dioxide as food additives,which lead to greater challenges to the carbon dioxide refined technology.Our group has been engaged in carbon dioxide separation and recovery work,especially for high concentrations of carbon dioxide recovery technology research.This paper is put out aiming at removal of oxygenous organic matter(methanol,ethanol,acetaldehyde) from CO2.In this paper,the experiments include:1.First of all,using a variety of sorbents to removal of acetaldehyde from carbon dioxide in the experiment.The qb of acetaldehyde on Y zeolite is the largest.Alkaline metal and alkali earth metal ion exchanged Y zeolite were selected to remove the acetaldehyde gas from CO2.Then carries on TPD experiment and regeneration experiment.The result shows that the qb of MgY kept over 550 mg after four times adsorption-desorption cycles purged by N2 at 150℃.2.Using a variety of commercial activated carbon to removal of ethanol among carbon dioxide in the experiment.Filtering out the activated carbon whit the largest qb to characterization and regeneration.The experimental results show that the qb of GH-9 kept over 180 mg/g after 5 times adsorption-desorption cycles purged by N2 at 150℃.3.Using a variety of sorbents to removal of methanol and ethanol among carbon dioxide in the experiment.Select the better adsorption activated carbon to adsorb the compound of methanol and ethanol.The experimental results show that methanol and ethanol are competitive on GH-9 activated carbon,penetrate and saturate at the same time on NaY.
