Periodontitis is inflammation in gum.Local Sustained release ointment is suitable for the therapy of Periodontitis.The drug release rate and time were different index(0＜n≤1),the relationship to the spread of the release of matrix-based,general compliance with the Fick's law, while at the same time for the dissolution of the drug in the matrix tend to zero-order release.As a result of oral drug delivery systems,such as local,the impact of dissolution of drug attached to the delivery site,can not long maintain the local effective drug concentration,the impact of drug treatment.Therefore,to maintain matrix attachment on the affected area at the same time, burst suppression drugs and maintain a constant speed the release of drugs,both in theory and in practical applications are of great significance.In this study,Tinidazole(TNZ)is chosed as the model medicine,TNZ is the development of metronidazole,a shorter course of treatment,better tolerance,biodistribution nitroimidazoles broader anti-anaerobe drugs,is an ideal drug treatment of periodontitis.In the study,Ethyl cellulose ethoce(EC) is chosen as matrix to prepare TNZ sustained release ointment.Some factors are studied,such as the viscosity of EC,the proportion ofβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and the rubbing time.EC,β-CD etc are chosen as blend matrix toprepare TNZ sustained release ointment.TNZ in order to further control the release of the ointment in the act,in this experiment to EC andβ-CD as a blend material,and through reverse mixing method TNZ Preparation of inclusion complex,by changing the preparation of study blend cream ratio,sequence of drug Inclusion on the release behavior of TNZ.
