A series of novel pyridine.derivatives ligands and complex have been synthesized. These compounds have been characterized by EA, IR, UV and 1H NMR. Four compounds crystal were obtained: 3-(phenylamino)-1,3-di(pyridine-2-yl)propan-1-one, 3-(pyridine -2-yl)-N-p-tolylindolizin-amine, 2,4-di(pyridine-2-yl)quinolin-7-amine and 1,3-di (pyridine-2-yl)propan-1-one. The information of crystal structure from X-ray single crystal diffraction were utilized to search for the relationship between structure and function. The microstructure of these compounds were analyzed with Mercury and Diamond software, especially the hydrogen bond,X-H…πandπ…πstacking action. Distributing and transfer of the atomic charge and IR spectrum have been performed at B3LYP/6-311G** level. Optical physical properties of them were mensurated and analyzed. Their fluorescence transversely were compared and the micro-structural differences were opened out. The fluorescent properties and the electrochemical properties of some compounds have been reseached.A series of piperazine derivatives are synthesized. One complexe [C5N2H14][Zn(HPO4)2] were obtained and its fluorescence property,electrochemical property and thermal stability were studied. We obtained the crystal structureone of compound {(H3O+)[K(μ–OH2)(C4H10N2)]Cl2}∞, and the topo structure information were studied through Mercury and Diamond software. At the same time , the thermal stability of the compound was studied.
