In the global environmental degradation and the increasingly serious energy crisis today,alcohol can be used as a green energy.It is the energy development trend all the world. With ethanol gasoline in China gradually extend, for fuel China,rapid inerease in the demand for alcohol. Using the traditional fermeniation methods Which are use cron, wheat and other grain have somes shortcomings which are great demand and high costs to grain.The short comings that gradually become apparent have been unable to meet the needs of the market.Firstly,through single factor,preliminary study influencing factors that is suitable sweet sorghum straw solid-state fermentation.temperature is 30℃; pH is 4~5;inoculum is 3%;fermentation time is 4 dates.Then through three factors and four levels orthogonal and optimization study define the best fermentation factor of solid fermentation : temperature is 30℃, fermentation time is 4 dates, inoculum is 3%.According to the results of orthogonal test carry on study, raw material is sweet sorghum straw,mix in 3% yeast QA-1, fit in perfectly pH is 4~5 and Environment temperature is 30℃, fermentation temperature is 4 dates.Secondly,sweet sorghum straw pilot fermentation study, Determine each Step effect fermentation Technology.First of all,compare advantage and shortcoming of three activation Technology,suitable mode of production and so on.And then analysis the different steps by compare important steps′s practice.we rech conclusion that is Steamed material can improvetotal sugar Conversion rate increase 16%,alcohol production increase 13.7%;exhaust can improve total sugar Conversion rate increase 8.4%,alcohol production increase 8.1%; relations of fermentation time and temperature; changes of alcohol when distilled liquor. Final, analysis composition of distiller′s grains ingredient.Thirdly,feasibility analysis about the establishment of Annual 30,000 tons Alcohol production base. Mainly through Site Selection of fermentation factory,Capital Investment of fermentation factory,budget output efficiency ang so on.
