Artemisin selengensis is a plant with high pharmaceutical and edible value. Since ancient times its functions of Hemostasis, anti-inflammatory, antitussive phlegm, appetizers strengthening spleen, cold-dispelling the desiccant have been recorded. Flavonoids compounds in Artemisin selengensis is one of the most important physiological and active matters which has a better capacity of anti-oxidation and anti-caducity, curing blood vessel diseases, antisepsis and anti-inflammation and so on. The extraction technics, separation purification technics, and anti-oxidative capacity of flavonoids compounds in Artemisin selengensis were mainly studied in this paper and the results were as follows:1. The study on extraction technic of flavonoid compounds in Artemisin selengensis. The extracted technology of flavonoids compounds from Artemisin selengensis by ultrasonic wave method and microwave method were studied.The result is that the yield of flavonoids compounds is 4.02% in the condition of 50% alcohol which column is 40 times to Artemisin selengensis, 3h in 90°C water and treatment of Ultrasonic wave for 50min; Microwave method: The result showed that the yield of flavonoids compounds is 3.02% in the condition of 70% alcohol which column is 15 times to Artemisin selengensis and 3h at 90°C and treatment of Microwave for 25s and the power of 640w.The conclusion is that cross-compare the technical condition and application of extraction of flavonoids compounds from Artemisin selengensis ,ultrasonic wave method has many strongpoints ,such as simple, easier-operation, high-extraction low-damage of solution.2. The study on purification of flavonoid componds in Artemisin selengensis .Choice of seven kinds of macroporous resin, by comparing the results of static adsorption of flavonoid compounds in Artemisin selengensis, and selected a suitable macroporous resin to flavonoid compounds in Artemisin selengensis. Static adsorption and desorption characteristics of macroporous resin to flavonoid compounds in Artemisin selengensis were researched. The optimum resin to flavonoid compounds in Artemisin selengensis dynamic adsorption and desorption process were identified. The results showed that the better adsorption performance to flavonoids compounds in Artemisin selengensis is S-8 macroporous resin, and the best adsorption conditions is that: Sample concentration is 0.1mg/mL; adsorption velocity is 1mL/min; sample volume is 60mL; desorption agent is acetone ,ethanol and H2O, its pH is2, the ratio of desorption is 5: 9: 1; desorption velocity is 1mL/min. The number of collected tubes is 40-140mL. The purity of flavonoids compounds in Artemisin selengensis is 53.20%.3. The study on anti-oxidative character of flavonoids compounds in Artemisin selengensis. The anti-oxidative character, Anti-lard peroxidation, Anti-lipid peroxidation, removal capacity of DPPH·,·OH and O2-·of flavonoids compounds in Artemisin selengensis were studied,the result showed that flavonoids compounds in Artemisin selengensis have good oxidation resistance.
