Study On Extracting Biologic Corrosion Inhibitor From The Waste Activated Sludge

Walking into 21th centrury,the consciousness of protecting environment is enhancing,and the products compatible with environment draw more and more people's attention.This article aims at reducing the mass of waste activated sludge and making green corrosion inhibitors by extracting organic compounds from waste activated sludge, so this project worths theory studying and practice utilizing.In this paper,the waste activated sludge of disposing city sewage is hydrolyed by muriatic acid,and then the biologic inhibitor is exracted ,which is compatible with the environment. The study has effectively achieved the reduce of waste activated sludge,and the experiment can extract mora than 60% of organic of waste activated sludge,so it can greatly reduce the burden of waste activated sludge on environment.At the same time,the study can extract biologic inhibitor,which is better than the traditional inhibor on protecting environment.When the addition of it is 1%,the inhibting efficiency can reach about 90%.So, ,ang must has a big room in the future.In the distilling waste activated sludge test,the waste activated sludge is hydrolyzed by muriatic acid for 15-20 hours under different temperatures and acidities.The distilled fluid is neutralized,filtrated ,dryed.Test inhibting efficiencies under different conditions by the weight loss test,alse considering the efficiency of distilling waste activated sludge,then the optimal distilled condition is confirmed:the temperature is 70℃,the acidity is 20% muriatic acid,and inhibting efficiency can reach above 90% with a large extracts..The distilled compound is combined with chemic inhibitors,in which the biological inhibitor is major and chemical inhibitor is secondary.Thus the inhibting efficiency can be bettter with a good friendship to environment.The biological inhibitor is conbined with np-10, KI,methenamine, imidazoline, thiourea, pyridine, propargyl alcohol,7701,EIBA. The effect can be ascertained by weight loss test.The result shows the inhibiting efficiency of the biological inhibitor combined with 7701 in low concentration is best.When the concentration of 7701 is 0.0075%, the concentration of the biological inhibitor is 1%, the temperature of the teat is 80℃and the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 15%,the inhibiting efficiency is above 95%.In the electrochemistry experiment, potentiodynamic scann the electrode in the biological inhibitor's and chemical inhibitors'solution,from which the polarization curves show the biological inhibitor has a good effect on inhibiting the corrosion rate and is compatible with 7701 on this effect.In the electrochemical impedance spectrum test,it shows biological inhibitor can enlarge electrochemical impedance greatly,and promote the form of surface membrane.
