Base on the Science and Technology research project of Science and Technology Commission Chongqing—the Three Gorges reservoir area and the mouth of the river backwater sub-regional response to pollution and its control of the evolution of the pilot study (CSTC, 2006AB7020) and International Cooperation Ministry of Science and Technology Project—the Three Gorges reservoir area of water pollution control and process technology research safety and security (2007DFA90660)and Natural Science Foundation of Chongqing(CSTC,2008BB7305).At the basis of preliminary studies, according to the status of the pollution of Linjiang River, Through the dynamic simulation test of the scene of Linjiang River, This paper research on the purification of river water pollution effects and the law by plant floating-bed technology. The main content of this study and the results are as follows:①In the Canna indica plants floating-bed system, the concentration of DO was reduced gradually along the way, in one day, the concentration of DO in the highest value appeared about 16:00, after 17:00 the concentration of DO began to decrease in the system.②The Canna indica plants floating-bed operate in different hydraulic loading , in this experiment, when the hydraulic loading at about 0.8 m3 / (m2 ? d) the removal rate of TN, TP is a good results, the removal rate is respectively 47.50% and 53.15%.③The test operated at different temperatures, we can draw the removal efficiency of NH3-N and TN positively correlated with temperature, TP and COD removal effect is very similar. During the experimental conditions, when the temperature at 28℃ago, removal rate of TP,COD and temperature have a very good correlation,with increasing temperature, correlation became not markedness, the removal rate of both has not increased significantly with increasing temperature.④The floating bed system is running in series, actually it a certain extent increased the length of the system and reduced load of the unit area of floating bed. However, in more stages floating bed system, the removal efficiency of the impact of pollutants are not the same. In this test series to improve the system for nitrogen removal, but the TP, COD removal efficiency is not significant.⑤After harvesting the ground parts of Canna indica, the floating bed system in 10 days after harvesting can be resumed to remove the pre-harvest levels, the removal rate of NH3-N, TN, TP, COD can reach 58%, 51.55%, 38.58%, 45.16%. It proved that Canna indica have a good capacity of adaptation and tolerance.in heavily polluting river water.⑥After Canna indica harvested, the output of 29kg/m2, compared to terrestrial Canna indica, the growth of Canna indica on the floating bed system has greater biomass. the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in canna indica organization, is 1.96 %(dry weight), 0.312% (dry weight). And aerial parts of nitrogen, phosphorus content is higher than the underground parts N,2.91% (dry weight)>1.34% (dry weight), P,0.337% (dry weight)> 0.242%(dry weight).⑦the preliminary studythe floating bed system of N,P and COD concentrations of water into and out by using the attenuation equation theory,reached the concentration of pollutants in the water and out of a simple relationship.The results show that the floating bed canna indica plants can effectively remove the heavy pollution of rivers in the nitrogen, phosphorus, COD and other pollutants and stable operation, and has good economic and environmental benefits.
