China made million tons wood a year,other natural fibers such as rice chaff up to 10 million tons.The urban population annually generated waste plastics 240~2,800,000 tons,If these waste materials can be effectively utilized,It will produce enormous economic ane social benefits,Three parts were included in this thesis.1)The formula of PP/wood-flour composites was studied by orthogonal experimentation,An orthogonal test table L9(3~4) was used with the factors of content of wood flour,PP-g-MAH,TPR,and ester aluminate.The mechanical properties and melt index was determined by experimentation.When the ratio was wood flour 60%,PP-g-MAH 12%,TPR 6%,ester aluminate 1.5%,PP/wood-flour composites have the best integrated performance.2) The heat-resistant of various wood-plastic composite materials was studied in this paper,and their micro-structure was observed by a microscope.The results indicate that various wood flour of this experiment begin weightlessness between 140~165℃,But the initial weightlessness temperature of various wood-plastic Composites is higher than wood flour.Wood flour and wood-plastic composites reach the peak of weightlessness rat in 350℃,And the quality is not change when the temperature reach 600℃.Microscope observation indicate that the dispersion effect between resin and wood flour is better.3) The mechanical properties and thermal gravimetric of different content bamboo/wood plastic composite was studied in this paper,The results indicate that the tensile strength and flexural strength of wood-plastic composites increase first and then reduce with wood flour and bamboo powder content increasing.But Its impact strength and melt index reduce with wood flour and bamboo powder content increasing.And Its bending modulus increase with wood flour and bamboo powder content increasing,wood-plastic composite material reduce the thermal stability with wood flour and bamboo powder content increasing.4) The rheological behavior was studied in this paper,The results indicate that various Wood-Plastic Composites are the typical pseudo-plastic fluid,and they are not only sensitive to the shear rate,but also temperature in the experiment temperature range.The wood-plastic composites of rice husk powder have the best fluid in various wood-plastic composites.
