Since the isolation of quinoline by Rungl from coal tar in 1834,quinoline and its derivatives were gradually displaying a wide range of applications and research value in the aspect of medicine and pesticide due to their excellent biological activities.Quinoline and its derivatives are the most typical heterocyclic compounds which have excellent Physiological role.At the same time,since quinoline and naphthalimide derivatives possess the characteristics of excellent fluorescent,these derivatives have often been used in research on fluorescent sensors.Herein,a series of quinoline derivatires containing 1,8-naphthalimide linked by dimine and polyamine alkyl chains were devised,and their bioactivities were examined. Furthermore,the applications of part of the target compounds as fluorescent sensors were also investigated.The main work of this thesis contains the following aspects:1.Five novel quinoline derivatives containing 1,8-naphthalimide unit were synthesized by using N-(2-aminoethyl)ethane-1,2-diamine as the linker,and the structures of synthesized target products were showed by 1HNMR,MS,IR.2.Taking use of 3,6-dioxa-1,8-octanediamine and 4,7,10-Trioxa-1,13-tridecane diamine as the linkers,two other new compounds,with one end 1,8-naphthalimide part and the other quinoline part were obtained.And the structures of synthesized target compounds were showed by 1HNMR,MS,IR.3.Bactericidal and herbicidal test results show that some of the compounds displayed better antibacterial activity.Especially,compound 4b showed a good bactericidal activity with certain strains(such as Fusarium oxysporum and Dothiorella gregaria),and in this aspect,it can comparable to the commercialized fungicide triadimefon.Especially,its inhibitory effect on Dothiorella gregaria was higher than triadimefon.4.Compounds 4d and 6 were used as cationic sensors for the determination of various cations.The results showed the sensors were selective for the detection of Fe3+, Cr3+.The linear ranges of detection for Fe3+ were 24.8-391.3μM and 14.9-49.2μM, respectively.The operation curves and ESI-MS demonstrated one 1:1 chemical stoichiometry for the binding of the receptors with metal cations.
