The hydrostatic bearing of large-scale rotor grinder repair parts is the important part in this thesis,based on the fully understanding hydrostatic technolog -y at home and abroad and deeply analyzing computational fluid dynamics rela -ted literature and theory,according to computational fluid dynamics and numer -ical method multi-disciplinary knowledge,through the detailed theoretical analy -sis,aimed at the design and calculation of hydrostatic bearing on the basic str -ucture and deeply study at the oil film of hydrostatic bearing within the carry -ing capacity and stiffness,obtained able to meet the requirements of hydrostati -c bearing design parameters.This article includes the following sections:1.Comprehensive discussed the characteristics and significance of hydrostat -ic bearing,at home and abroad history and current situation to the development and application of hydrostatic bearing technology;The main contents of this thesis are presented,too.2.According to the structure and characteristics of hydrostatic bearing,for designing the hydrostatic bearing.Hydrostatic bearing system of dedicated repair -grinder machine works at low-speed heavy-loads,according to the characteristic, choice the way of getting oil,back to tank,bearing materials,lubricating oil,through computated to get the best parameters of hydrostatic bearing worked at low-speed heavy-loads.3.In connection with oil film of influence the hydrostatic bearing bear load capacity to get analysis.Through Static analysis,obtain oil film carrying capacity and stiffness expression,derived the conditions of infinite stiffness;Dynamic analysis obtain parameters affect the dynamic characteristics,according to theoretical analysis given the way to optimize parameters,to Provided a strong basis for the choice of parameters.4.Based on the basic theory of fluid dynamics,establish the mathematical model of a hydrostatic bearing,application of an simulation analysis whit fluid analysis software FLUENT analysed,compared theoretical results whit simulation results, basically consistent with the two results,to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis and guidance on the meaning of the actual production.
