High-efficient welding is one important aspect in the future devplopment of welding technology.In view of the insufficiency in high-efficient GMAW,this article proposed the bypass coupling welding arc GMAW method,and made deep research on nonmelt extremely single bypass coupling electric arc MIG welding.Firstly,the experiment platform which is used for the nonmelt extremely bypass coupling electric arc MIG welding research has been established,including experiment system,electric current voltage signal collecting system,visual image collecting system and temperature collecting system.And then the multi-signal high speed synchronization collecting procedure has been compiled with the labview software.Using the electric arc shape collecting system to collect the non-consumable e bypass coupling welding arc's shape,different arc shapes whith different welding torch geometric parameters was comparised.The stability and arc shape's infulence law of bypass geometric parameters,such as electrode angle,distance and main arc relative position was reseached in this paper.Having surveied,analysised the arcing current parameters and geometric parameters and established the critical condition when tungsten electrode ablating,the best welding torch electrode geometric parameters of single bypass coupling arc MIG welding was obtained.Surfacing welding experiment using carbon steel and the stainless steel welding wire was firstly carried on,and then the influences caused by electric current voltage signal and the image signal was analysised;The infulence to welding penetration and pool width casued by different bypass electric current parameters was also reseached; To the concrete base metal,its best welding process standard has been studied.In view of the engineer testing result,weld metallography analytical investigation has been carried.Finally,PID control system has been designed to stablize the workpiece electric current.This article preliminary study indicated that the bypass coupling electric arc MIG welding method can realize high-current welding under low workpiece current,and the thin board high-speed welding can get good welding shape.It is one kind of high-efficient welding method worth deeply researching and widely applying.
