Study On Computer On-line Testing System For Density Of Engineering Structures Materials

The use of Engineering Structures Materials are becoming more and more widely.Density of lumber is an important index which affects physical mechanics performance of veneer and overall performance of Engineering Structures Materials.Seeking a rapidly non-destructively on-line testing way for density of lumber is an effective approach to monitoring the quality of Engineering Structures Materials.Based on the analysis of status quo about the non-destructive on-line testing techniques home and abroad,the paper does research in the computer on-line testing system of lumber density,which modern sensor technology,testing technology,computer data processing and controlling technology and also the knowledge of domestic and overseas mature testing theories are taken into consideration.The main solutions of this paper are as the following aspects:The method of lumber density on-line testing;The dynamic on-line weighing of lumber;The geometry size of lumber;The Data acquisition and data processing method based on data Acquisition Card;system software design and error analysis, etc.This research design a simple,convenient and efficient system for the density,weight and geometry size of the Engineering Structures Materials.It can measures and controls the quality of the wood-based panel effectively,and meets the requirement of development of the wood-based panel production enterprises.
