The Hong Feng Lake, the Bai Hua Lake and the Aha Reservoir are called "the two lakes and a reservoir" for short, which are the main living water supply to the citizens in Guiyang and the residents nearby as well as the water sources to traveling, cultivation, electricity generation, industry and agriculture in this area. The reservoir has been constructed for more than 40 years. Along with the rapid development of industry and agriculture, the advancement of urbanizztion, the comprehensive exploration of rivers and lakes, and the contious increase of the sewage coming from industry and town living, more and more nutrients are drained into the water body year by year, which is far beyond the bearing capacity of the water body, and caused the eutrophication of the water. This kind of dangerous condition of the water threatens the supply of region water, the ecological security, the people health and the social stability directly. This article is about the source of pollution investigation of "the two lakes and a reservoir" in the basin scope. The source of pollution investigation carrys on from the outside source pollution to the inside source pollution.The outside source pollution is about the use present situation investigation of content phosphorus detergent in the basin scope: The analyzes of the phosphorus detergent utilization ratio in the Hong feng lake basin, the Hong feng lake is 47. 7%, the Bai Hua Lake is 2. 3% and the Aha Reservior is 16. 3%. The phosphorus detergent utilization ratio is the highest in the Hong feng lake; By containing the phosphorus detergent total phosphorus displacement to analyze, the Hong feng lake basin total phosphorus displacement is 31.2 tons, the Bai Hua Lake is 0.41 tons, the Aha Reservior is 2.27 tons, The detergent total phosphorus displacement is the highest in the Hong feng lake basin; By containing the phosphorus detergent total phosphorus to enter the lake quantity to analyze, The Hong feng lake is 18. 8 tons, the Bai hua lake is 0. 32 tons and the Aha Reservior is 1. 6 tons.
