Basic Study On The Emul Sifiedfuel In Impinging Stream-Rotating Packed Bed

Emulsified diesel is a new energy-saving,environmentally-friendly fuels.In the energy shortage,environmental protection growing problem of today,the development of emulsified diesel oil is receiving increasing attention to scientific research workers.Although there has been more than 100 years of history,and part of people's efforts to achieve results.However, the study of emulsified fuel still in the exploratory stage,and the technical level is still not high,the preparation of emulsified diesel oil because of low quality or cost and other factors, can not be widely promoted.This article is a great deal of information in the inspection,based on existing technology and equipment emulsion high energy consumption,poor product stability,production and other shortcomings in a long time,The first time a new type of emulsification equipment and technology-Impinging Stream-Rotating Packed bed Emulsion technology.This emulsification technology research and development,not only in the course of the reduction of diesel oil emulsion the amount of emulsifier,but also to reduce the emulsion droplet size, transfer size distribution of small emulsion uniformity,emulsion stability to improve the nature of emulsion.The technics and formulation about the preparation of diesel oil- methanol emulsified fuel had been studied by IS-RPB.Firstly,the emulsification had been selected by the rule of Hydrophile-Lipophile-Balance,then the stability and viscosity of the emulsion at room temperature were simultaneously investigated to ascertain the appropriate emulsifier and technological conditions for emulsification of 0~# diesel oil.The IS-RPB technology has been affect with the factors about the dosage of emulsifier, methanol,high-gravity factor,the value of HLB and so on.According to many literatures,some organic polar compounds could improve stability of diesel-water emulsion,decrease the viscosity of the emulsion and ameliorate the stability of emulsified diesel oil.Methanol was selected through many experiments,also with economic factors concerned at this stdudy.Each factor about the selected emulsifier that affect the 0#diesel oil have been analysed.The results showed that the gradation for the stability of emulsified is:the dosage of methanol＞High-gravity factor＞the dosage of emulsifier＞the number of cycles.The best technical parameter had been confirmed as:4%of emulsifier,high-gravity factor 100,cycle 3 times, 15%methanol.The aspect of the emulsion is transparence or translucence of emulsion in this conditions and the delamination time of emulsion prepared in this study was above 8 months.
