Many of the world's Oilfields apply water-flood development, most of whom have access to the latter development, as the reservoir of non-homogeneous and there isn't good mobility ratio between oil and water, so that these oil fields despite the high moisture content, it is still a certain degree of residual crude oil. Foam flooding as a green foam and efficient production methods in the tertiary oil recovery plays a good role, which history has been studied for more than three decades, has been applied to the scene and made some achievements, The use of the bubble that enhanced oil recovery have a unique feature, on the one hand, a high drag coefficient is conducive to flow control, further improve the recovery, on the other hand, it can save the amount of chemicals, reduce costs. However the salt-tolerant and high-temperature research-based foaming agent has been reported rarely. Therefore, it is of great significance to study a good foam blowing agent with high salinity and high temperature properties.In this paper, a new type of foam - High fatty acid amide sulphonate has been synthesized on the basis of"tailoring technology". Three different compounds were synthesized consist of high-level fatty acid amide, 3-chloro-2-hydroxy propane sulfate, sodium3-(2-(dodecanamido)ethylamino)-2-hydroxypropane sulphonate, of which the first two of the synthesis were intermediate product. The structural was characterized and the best reaction conditions of the products were discussed. The effective content, critical micelle concentration, critical surface tension, emulsifying properties of the product was determined; Studied the properties of the foam product, as well as temperature, salinity, simulation of crude oil, the solution pH effect on the foam.High in the main raw material for the synthesis of fatty acids in a series of anionic surfactants, through infrared spectroscopy, hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy of the structure of the products were characterized, results show that the structure of products obtained with the theoretical molecular structure of the product. From the reaction temperature, molar ratio, reaction time, solvent choice on the synthesis conditions was optimized to find a more appropriate reaction conditions.Dodecanamide synthesis, the reaction molar ratio of feeding lauric acid: diamine is 1:3, lauric acid dropwise time 90min, reaction time 4h; In synthesis of 3-chloro-2-hydroxy sulfonates, selection of TBAB (tetrabutylammonium bromide) as a catalyst, sodium bisulfite and sodium sulfite as a sulfonation agent, epichlorohydrin dropwise time is 1.5h, the reaction temperature is 85℃. The synthesis of the final product: sodium and senior hydroxy fatty acid amide molar ratio of 1:1.2, solvent choice of 1:3 water / ethanol solution, the best reaction time is 6h.The effective content of the final product was determined by two-phase titration. Make benzethonium chloride as a titration agent, methylene blue and thymol blue as a mixed indicator, a product of the activity measured by a higher content of 69.78%, 68.77% and 68.38%.Using the largest foaming method and electrical conductivity for the determination of the cmc and the blowing agentγcmc, found high-level synthesis of fatty acid amide sulphonate with low cmc and strong surfactants. Determined the emulsifying properties of the product by using petroleum ether as solvent and found that as the carbon chain growth, the emulsifying properties improved. Through comparison with the traditional blowing agents and found that the product has good emulsifying properties.This paper study a series of new foaming agent performance and make the use of Waring-blender machine to research the relationship between foaming agent concentration and its character. The foaming properties of the product increases rapidly with the concentration increased, when the concentration get 0.25 percent, the bubble volume of the entire product grow slowly, finally reach balance. A series of tests of product has been done in the way of high temperature and salt; found that the product of the mineralization within 40mg/L salt has a good performance. The influence of Daqing crude oil to the foam properties have studied. The results showed that the mass fraction of blowing agent 0.25%, temperature 60℃, salinity 40mg/L within the foam products have good performance.. The foaming agents have a good anti-oily when the volume of crude oil less than 10 percent and foam stability became the largest when pH at 4.1.
