The first part of this thesis focuses on the connection equations on friction factor of fluid resistance and includes comparisons of three basis literatures which refer to some connection equations and have been used commonly in order to illustrate their advantages and disadvantages. A large number of charts have been made by Excel to make quantitative error analysis for these correlations. The concept of relative error is neatly applied to those methods for ameliorating on the connection equations to improve their accuracy with a large extent. A large number of values from Moody plans calculated by Auto CAD are integrated to get the equation of dotted line. It will be used as criterion formula to distinguish between the turbulent zone and fully turbulent region to ensure continuity and accuracy of the calculational system. The second part makes the distillation process of oil refining project be operational again in the software interface. Those operational elements of there towers and the constraint conditions of calculation are very useful. This text develops a platform to calculate the ratio of oil, through combining with PRO / II and Excel. This computing platform can search for suitable blend ratio to ensure the new oil refinery with the ratio and is very close to the original. That is, refineries can freely change to accordance with market demand or crude oil without changing the existing equipment and process in the case of larger.
