ZnO is a wide band-gap semiconductor(3.37 eV at room temperature) with the high exciton binding energy of 60 meV.This material has attracted extensive interest in the field of electrical and optical devices because of its multi-functionality.Semiconductor one-dimentional(1D) nanostructures have attracted much attention due to their novel properties.This paper was focused on the size of ZnO nano-material,constitute,dopant and their optical properties.The details are as follows:(1) SEM,TEM,XRD were to investigate the structural properties of ZnO nanoparticles and Fe doped ZnO nanoparticles(2) The absorption spectrum and PL spectrum were used to investigate the optical properties of Sample(3) Analysis the influence of dopant Fe to the optical properties of ZnO nanoparticles and optical Properties characteristic of Fe doped ZnO(4) The influence of ZnO,dopant sample,fiber amplifier and semiconductor device caused bv heating effect were also investigated...
