In this dissertution,SJDM-1 Rare earth magnesium alloy was processed by micro-arc oxidation in different electrolyte system,white ceramic coatings of the good corrosion resistance were obtained on the SJDM-1 Rare earth magnesium-alloys surface,silicate and aluminate solution system was optimized by orthogonal experimental mathod,then we can determine the optimum conditions of parameters,putting the coloring agent into the basic electrolyte system,fuscous ceramic coatings were obtained on the SJDM-1 Rare earth magnesium-alloys surface by micro-arc oxidation technology.The result of experiment shows that:the different color of film was mainly determined by coloring agent and main salt.A same coloring agen was putted into different basic electrolyte system,the color of film was different,different coloring agents were putted into the same basic electrolyte system,the color of film was different,different electrolyte have different coloring effects. The color of ceramic film was determined by the structure of metal oxides and metal salts. throught conditional experiment,we analysed the influences of concentration of the coloring agents,frequency,duty ratio,voltage on the fuscous ceramic coating properties.After SEM, XRD,the coating thickness tester and drop experiment,the salt spray corrosion experiment, the analysis was shown that this ceramic layer that was prepared in silicate solution system was mainly composed of MgO,ZnO,Zr3O,Mg2SiO4 and Mg14(SiO4)5O4 agents,the ceramic layer that prepared in aluminate solution system was mainly composed of MgO,MgAl2O4, ZnO agents.There was coloring elemengts in fuscous ceramic coatings energy spectrum,it shows that coloring materials were deposited in the film.
