Crankshaft is one of the important parts of engine,its quality directly affects the performance of the engine, thereby affecting the performance of the whole machine.so it is of great significace for Engine manufacturing to improve and enhance the processing technology and improve the quality of the production of the crankshaft. At present,domestic equipment of crankshaft is quite backward ,the productivity is low and the prices of some advanced equipment abroad much more expensive. To solve these problems, a new processing technology for crankshaft is coming, it base on the parallelogram with the moving cylindrical turning process to follow. At the beginning, only for the processing of the crankshaft neck to analyze.The article first introduce and prove the theory for this new technology.This new technology of the core component is tool holder that is parallelogram's and installation of the machined crankshaft structure,so after the introduction and proof,following is the exact analysis for the moving of Corner point of tool according to the basis of mathematical model; And with pro / e software to prove the correctness of theoretical analysis that provide contrast for the contents of the left article.The main middle part of the article analyze the movement accuracy when the tool holder has deviation. Sort three situation:(1)The length deviation of tool holder. In this case of deviation analysis, actually it is the theThe perspective of link error and Under the perspective of a passive error of Parallelogram. also with the size of Three-dimensional model of tool holder, get the maximum point of the deviation location and exact time.(2)Phase Angle deviation of installation of the crankshaft and tool holder. In this case of deviation analysis, actually is the moving Track of Corner point of tool,according to the analysis get the deviation of processing conditions.(3)Deviation of the centerline in different level between Rack. It is almost the same as the Phase Angle deviation analysis.Based on the moving Track of Corner point of tool analysis and comparison,known the effect of process of Crankshaft in such cases. The last part of this article introduce the problem and main solutionbased on three-dimensional model of tool holder.It is of great significance that the contents of this article for the Processing deviation of the actual production process used to control processing .
