| China is the main producer and exporter of coke in the world. Coking production process includes the earth coke oven, the improvement earth coke oven, clean non-recycles coke oven, the mechanized coke oven and so on. Indigenous coking technology has been banned. Non-recycling coke oven environment is quite better, but it directly burns coking coal, wastes partial resources, and the furnace lining duration is short. In contrast, the large-scale mechanized coking furnace lining duration is long, pollutant emissions are low and it saves energy. In 2006, mechanized coking accounts for 88.28%.The mechanized coke oven has been in the dominant position. The coke mainly uses in smelting iron, the typical mechanized coking production procedure including the coaling, coke discharge, coke quenching and so on..In this study, a coking plant which has more advanced 6m mechanized coke oven, the designed coke output is 1,100,000 tons/years, coaling, coke discharge, coke quenching are equipped with dust removal ground station. Coke quenching is coke dry quenching. We can take this as the newly built coking plant model in recent years, and it's encouraged by our country,and it is of significance to study it.Tests include: TSP,BaP,BSO and NMHCs of the top of coke oven, concentration of non-organization air pollutant emissions in coking production. Coaling, coke discharge, coke quenching process includes its major emissions SO2, CO, total dust and basic gas parameters;ELPI (electrical low pressure impactor)was used to collected size distributions of particles with aluminium membrane, teflon membrane and quartz membrane ,then to analysis of ions elements and OC (organic carbon) / EC (elemental carbon) separately.We can educe the composes of size distributions of particles.Also collect NMHCs at production. Coaling, coke discharge and coke quenching process.Draw a conclusion of NMHCs emission characteristics of the various processes in coking production by the carbon number distribution analysis, BETX analysis and so on. In addition,we collected samples near the factory for comparison. Test results of the analysis are as follows:1. Generally speaking, TSP,BSO,BaP,NMHCs of 6m coke oven on the top of coke oven were far below national standards, in addition to a sample concentration of BaP was slightly larger than the national standards. TSP and BSO were almost the same.with the results of oters reseachs have been installed with the bag filter, dust removal efficiency, the dust emission concentration in .Coaling, coke discharge and coke quenching process were smaller than integrated emission standard of air pollutants.2. Through industry analysis of coal, about 95% of the volatile matter released as a result of coking production. NMHCs were detected top fifty-one kinds of NMHCs, mainly alkanes, cycloalkanes, olefins,enzene, and acetylene. CH4 and NMHCs emissions of Coaling were much higher than the other measuring points, about 100 times more than coke discharge's and coke quenching's, Main NMHCs emissions of coaling was alkenes,accounting for 87%; It's alkanes, benzenes and acetylenes emissions were much higher than the other processes; coaling emission concentration of ethylene is much higher than other components; It's mainly benzenes in the coke discharge's; NMHCs emissions from coke quenching was lower, alkane and acetylene mianly; Top of coke oven,aromarics' concentration were higher than the alkanes, alkenes and acetylene.3. Through the processes and the top of coke oven components of NMHCs analysis,major NMHCs emissions from coke production were benzene, ethane, ethylene, propylene, toluene, propane, butene, etc. NMHCs and aromarics emission characteristics of coking production were different from other emission sources analysis of the carbon number distribution and BETX, mainly due to coking production of high concentrations of benzene emissions.4. The coke production process emission factors of air pollutants calculated by the measured data,, including SO2, CO, TSP, CH4 and NMHCs, as well as components of NMHCs. CH4 and NMHCs emissions of Coaling was much larger than the coke discharge and coke quenching, the emission factors were 154.50 g/t-coke and 56.84g/t-coke respectively. NMHCs of coaling were mainly ethylene, acetylene, ethane, propylene, benzene, toluene, styrene and so on. The main NMHCs components of coke discharge were benzene, toluene, acetylene,o/p-xylene. Coke quenching NMHCs emission factors were lower compared of coaling and coke discharge,mainly acetylene, ethane, iso-pentane and ethylene.5. PM10 emissions from Coaling,coke discharge and coke quenching were 0.244mg/m3, 0.522 mg/m3, 0.238 mg/m3; The major components of PM10 from coaling were OC, Si, SO42-. This shows that it's mainly PM2.5 in PM10 PM10in the coke discharge mainly contains EC, OC, Ca, K, Al. PM10 in coke quenching contains OC, Ca mainly,. |
