In the process of destroying the end-of-life powder,the environmental problems is increasingly serious,especially the powder used in combustion as the main methods of destruction.Bcause of its unstability and insecurity,and some even have a certain toxicity,the storage of powder is dangerous.It would bring serious consequence if dealing with these dangerous goods not properly.The project proposes to compost entired propellant ammunition to farm them into organic fertilizer,which would get a new method of dealing with the entired powder.It is necessary to add high-performanced mixed flora to shorten the composting cycle.The purpose of my study is to select highly efficient degradation mixed flora of the entired powder.The main component of powder is nitrocellulose,and the structure of nitrocellulose is similar to the structure of cellulose,so this experiment was beginning from screening cellulose-degrading mixed flora,and then I did a further study of the optimal conditions for degradation of filter paper and enzyme production.Finally,I used the entired powder to domesticate these mixed flora of cellulose degradation.In this study,I screened 9 groups mixed flora S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,J1,J2,J3,J4 from the surface humus of forest soil and the outfall of paper mill.The studies of the optimal conditions of this 9 groups mixed flora degradating cellulose filter paper have shown that the general most appropriate temperature of degradating filter paper was 50℃~60℃,the general most appropriate initial pH was 6.0~8.0 and the general most appropriate bacteria quantity was 2mL~4mL.The enzyme production characteristics study of the 9 groups of mixed flora have showed that:culture time,culture temperature,initial medium pH and the volume of bacteria flora had a greater impact on the enzyme production.The optimum conditions are as following:incubation period is 36h~60h,culture temperature is 50℃~60℃,the initial medium pH is 6.0~8.0 and the volume of bacteria flora is 2mL~4mL.The optimal conditions of enzyme production study and degradating filter paper had the basic agreement.That indicated the 9 groups of mixed flora all adapted to the environment of high temperature composting. The result was not very good that using powder to domesticate the 9 groups mixed flora.When the amount of propellant product was not too much,it made the filter paper collapse period grow by 0.5d~1d,and when gradually increased the amount of powder product,the effects on micro-organisms were growing and growing,as powder product increased to 0.5g,the 9 groups of mixed flora could not make the filter paper collapse.The reason might be the powder product had some certain toxic to the bacteria.In this study,I did not figure out efficient mixed flora,but I accumulated a lot of valuable experience for following selection.For example:considering to get micro-organisms from the production of the composting;considering to make the 9 groups mixed flora combinate with each other and then use the the powder product to domesticate them;In the permission of time and test condition,we can consider to get single cellulose bacteria,and then use cell fusion technology and transgenic technology to prepare high-performance bacteria.
