In recent years,the research about the technology of the depth purification of water is increasingly widely with the growing lack of water resources and the worse of the water pollution condition. Membrane technology is a high and new technology in recent years,it is one of the key technologies of improving and insuring the continuous development of society.It has important effect in energy resource, electron,chemistry,medicine,foodstuff,automobile,environment protection and so on.With the development of membrane technology,the application of membrane spread widely in water treatment.At the same time,the effectiveness of membrane separation improved the popularity and application in drinking water advanced treatment.Micelle-enhanced ultrafitration(MEUF) is a brand-new water treatment of membrane technology,its research started the 60th of last century.This technology combined the surfactant with the ultrafitration membrane,it is suitable for remove the minim metal ion and the organic contaminate which molecular weight less than 300,it is a high efficiency and practicality water treatment for low-grade polluted water.This paper carried out the effect of operation time,filtration pressure and the concentration of the surfactant on the efficiency of Zn2+ and Cd2+ and the membrane pollution during these process,which used green surfactant Alkyl Polyglycosid(APG) for the test.The test ultimately work out the optimal operation condition.Using the SEM to detect the matters that cause the membrane fouling,at the same time in the experiment through adding nanometer titanium dioxide in the Polyethersulfone(PES) ultrafitration membrane carries on the blending modification and analyze the PES membrane's application in the MEUF.The results show that:operation time,filtration pressure has no effect on the removal efficiency of Zn2+ and Cd2+,but has important influence in the flux of the ultrafitration;the concentration of the surfactant has the effect on the removal efficiency of Zn2+ and Cd2+,the flux of the ultrafitration and the quantity of the surfactant of the effluent; but it is not necessary to increase the concentration of APG in the solution blindly and 0.8g/L is a appropriate value.SEM shows that the membrane fouling is mainly caused by deposit on membrane surface and the micelle of the membrane interior during the MEUF;In the self-made PES ultrafitration membrane's foundation,an increase different content's nanometer TiO2 carries on the blending modification,through the experiment we can get the best condition for modification:when there're 18%of PES,12%of PVP,5.3%of nano meter TiO2,64.7%of DMAc, the flux and the rejection for heavy metal of PES reach the high-point. When the modification membrane is used in MEUF,the flux becomes larger but the rejection for heavy metal isn't ideal.
