| Spinning technology is the basis of the textile technology.There are 9 procedures in the product line.The staple fiber strand is normally drafted on the equipments of drawing, gilling,roving and Spinning,so drafting process is one of the most important process in spinning industry.In this dissertation,the drafting mechanism of roller drafting system is introduced, and the fiber's force,fiber's acceleration movement,the straighten conditions of fiber hooks is analyzed.Based on investigating of the mechanical uneven waves and drafting waves in roller system,it's expected that when we superimpose a high frequency undulating wave on the fiber assembly in drafting zone,the fiber binding effect causing drafting waves can be significantly reduced or eliminated.As a result,fibers reaching the front roller nip line can be pulled out more cleanly with less effort,resulting in the eliminating of drafting waves.Besides,the drafting mechanism of strands that subjected with high frequency wave is analyzed.A roller drafting system is established that can be imposed high-frequency wave and test drafting force online,in which the difficulty is settled by a innovative transmission device of swing roller assembly.In the design of detecting system for drafting force,the resistance strain signals amplify circuit,the drafting force testing control circuit and control procedures are developed.As to the vibrating device for drafting zone,a variety of mechanical excitation method is put forward whit detailed illuminate.The principle of ultrasound antifriction is also introduced,and the method to eliminate drafting wave by ultrasonic wave is analyzed.Based on "Roving tensile load-extension curves tested with lateral vibration",the behavior of drafting force is observed while the stand is being pulled apart with the presence of an high-frequency undulating waves.Through the "strands drafting test under high-frequency waves",the cotton roving's drafting force are detected with different process conditions.According to the comparison of different results,we conclude that the method to eliminate drafting wave by high-frequency vibration is effective,and the Roller drafting system,with vibrating device and drafting force detecting system,is feasible.
