| Foreign matter of raw cotton has troubled textile industry,it has a serious impact on cotton production,as well as the quality of cotton product,resulting in a great economic and non-economic losses.It is difficult to pick out the foreign matter and impurities by manual sorting.Besides,the price of imported foreign matter detection device is too expensive.China's textile industry in general is difficult accept.Under this background,the research and exploitation independently on foreign matter detection device which is suitable for our textile industry has profound significance.The foreign matter detection device was studied,the continuous acquisition of CCD camera images of CCD camera images were developed,the differentiation method and segmentation algorithm for foreign matter images of raw cotton were discussed and the design of transmission pipeline by using fluid mechanics was explored.(1) The continuous acquisition process of CCD camera image by using VB.NET programming languages was developed.(2) In the image process of foreign matter identification of raw cotton,first of all,according to the characteristics of raw cotton images,explored the image pro-processing methods of removal of several noises and image enhancement,and then in according with the effect of image processing of raw cotton. Found out a more appropriate image of pretreatment of raw cotton.(3) Whether has foreign matter in the image of raw cotton by fractal dimension was discriminated,and verified it with "t" tests,processed the image of raw cotton with foreign matter by Ostu algorithm and the improved Ostu algorithm,and found out the appropriate one,at the same time,according to the theory of ideological difference in Statistics,verified the best number of threshold of the image segmentation.(4) The design of transmission pipeline of cotton with the Fluid mechanics was discussed,analyzed the air flow distribution in the two kinds of transmission channels,and the effect of movement of raw cotton in pipeline.
