The blend film and porous material of Antheraea pernyi silk fibroin(A.p SF)/ chitosan(CS) were prepared by blending regenerated Antheraea pernyi silk fibroin solution and chitosan solution.This paper takes a systemic research on the relationship between preparation conditions and physic-chemical properties,trying to provide a new material for biomedical field and a preparation foundation for follow-up study of the application.The A.p SF/CS blend films were prepared by casting A.p SF/CS mixture solution on a polyethylene plate,and were crosslinked by 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride(EDC)/N-hydroxysuccinimide(NHS) /2-morpholinoethanesulfonic acid(MES).The conformational structure of blend films was characterized by XRD,FT-IR and DTG.The water solubility,broken tensile strength, broken elongation,Young's modulus and dielectric function measurement of blend films were tested and analyzed.Results indicated that there were mainly random coil in the uncross-linked blend films.The broken tensile strength,broken elongation,water solubility and dielectric permittivity of the uncross-linked blend films had an increasing trend with the increasing of CS proportion while the Young's modulus had a decreasing trend.The water solubility of blend films decreased obviously after cross-linked by EDC/NHS/MES which indicated a significant cross-linking effect.Comparing with the uncross-linked blend films,the broken elongation and dielectric permittivity of blend films increased obviously while broken tensile strength and Young's modulus decreased.The A.p SF/CS blend films can support the adhesion and growth of L929 fibroblastic cells.A.p SF/CS blend porous materials were prepared by freeze-drying.The conformational structure of blend porous materials was characterized by XRD,FT-IR and DTG.The physic-chemical properties such as water solubility and pore structure were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the conformational structure of uncross-linked A.p SF/CS blend porous materials was mainly amorphous structure.EDC also had a notable cross-linking effect to the A.p SF/CS blend porous materials.The pore diameter and the porosity reduced with the increasing of CS proportion and the falling of freezing temperature.By changing the technical condition,the A.p SF/CS blend porous materials can be prepared with the average pore diameter from 134μm to 527μm,the porosity from 71%to 91%.
