Household textile industry in recent twenty years have developed rapidly.Followed the apparel industry,lots of household textile businesses has completed the initial capital accumulation,and began to walk along the line of the branding production operation.In fact,most of these home textile companies started with individual workshops,then became more and more strong in a not long time.So the entrepreneurs mostly have outstanding courage and keen sense of business.On the other hand,they mostly lack of experience on branding production operation of home textile,due to less competitive pressures,and the entrepreneurs can only copy the successful experience in apparel industry to explore a unbeknown way.Design is always play an import role in the home textile industry.Similar as clothing industry,the design's level highly influences the sales' situation.Also,the domestic articles on home textile products are mainly focusing on the research of making the classic pattern into the present design and improving the cultural infiltration between west and east.But most people take rather less attention on design styles' research leading by the brand idea. And this is what I want to discuss with you in the thesis of mine,the relationship between the brand and the design.In the first part,it introduces some related definitions,components and classification, also shows the home textile designs' procedure in some famous bands' home-textile companies. Secondly,which is also the key parts for this article,analyzing the formation and performance of the design personality in home textiles.This part begins with the 3 aspects which influence the home-textile design standing on the brand formation view-brand culture, brand positioning and consumer demand.Further more,through the comparative analysis of practical cases,and base on the four components of design elements,layout form, color's use and combination,together with design's expression,the writer tries to state that how to show the distinguishable brand personality.Thirdly,also at the end of the article,the writer introduce several famous brand at home and abroad to appreciate them as the examples.Recently,the"copy"wind blew all over the Household Textile industry.Though this thesis doesn't advice the exact methods for the brand home-textile design,it convinces that as long as the home-textile design can develop under the guidance of brand essence,as long as one brand forms their own core culture,then the design of this brand must be creative,and cannot be copied easily by other brands.Gradually,the correct or the competitive design ideas will come out finally.
