Neonicotinoids compounds have been found to show wide spread biological activities, many of them have been developed and used as pesticide. Nitenpyram is a new chloro-nicotine type insecticide. It possesses good properties of high efficiency,low poison,better environment safety, quick in preliminary effent, long in effective persistency, high internal absorbability, and showing no mutual anti-effect.The feasible process was probed into the synthesis of Nitenpyram. We have synthesiszed the nitenpyram and its intermediates successfully. The technology of synthesizing the nicotinic insecticide nitenpyram has also been studied. The process development of the intermediates of N-(6-chloro-3-pyridinyl)methyl-N-ethylamine, 1,1-dichloro-2-nitroethylene was optmized. The effects of the reaction time, the reaction temperature, material confect and suitable solvent have been compared and discussed emphatically. the better synthetic process was provided. Procedure for the nitenpyram was developed. Their structures were confirmed by means of 1H NMR, GC- MS. The spatial configurations were studied by X-ray determination (Nitenpyram were obtained).The wettable powders is the currently domestic great tonnage of pesticide formulations, it usually consists of original drug, the assistant of medicinal preparation and the padding. The K2, lignin, BX, MF, NNO is generally used for the assistant of medicinal preparation. By this way we can solved some difficult problems the present wettable powders universally existing, such as liquid wetting, penetration, badly unfold, poor and low utilization problem. Not to increase the production costs in the circumstances, as a general wettable powders, wettable powders hypertonic, efficacy and active ingredients enhances the utilization on rate doubled.
