In recent years, people have a full demand in domestic interior stairs with life quality and standard of living is escalating. Wooden stair railings possess a lot of point with crude vein, nature, euphoropsia, appetency ect., so they are welcome by home and abroad consumers. They have been occupied absolute predominance in staircase market.Wooden stair railing elbows possess prolific transfer curve, their process technology have been became a critical technology in staircase industry. Because conventional equipment and handwork method presence a good of vice, they are insatiable for people's require; Abroad much adopt multi spindle linked NC machine or machine center on stream, such equipment are full of richness, internal staircase enterprise are difficult to receive. So developing a kind of feasible wooden stair railing elbow special NC process tool has been became a preoccupation in our wood processing industry.Taking a representative aerial stair railing elbow for process object, this paper discusses the whole design process of special NC machine. In this design scheme, primary motion system adopts the form of high speed electricity principal axes which connects form cutter to realize milling movement. The feed system consists of transverse feed(X orientation), longitudinal feed(Y orientation), vertical feed (Z orientation)and rotational feed(A orientation)of tri-suit NC fixtures. The whole manufacturing procedure consists of three process steps,adopt the mode of changing tool and fixture to proceed next process after completing each process. Through three-axle linked of tool and timing uniform speed rotate of tri-suit NC fixture, the paper realizes the workpiece'moulding.This paper establishes tool trace parametric equation and three-dimensional modol in Pro / E environment of space stair railing elbow . At the base of NC manufacturing procedure,the paper presents the design of tri-set NC fixtures and the design of primary motion system and feeding system which belong to tool in full, abstracts the compose of mechanical structure and their function of tool.Through selecting rational optimistic three-axle NC system SINUMERIK 802C base line of Germany, The paper point out that we can respectively realize timing uniform speed turn function of tri-set special NC fixtures with software programme through the I/O junction of NC system, realize four-axle tri-lined function of tool . In conclusion,the paper establishes the systemic motion model in Pro/E environment and proceeds the analyses of movement simulation, It can supply supervise to proceed real production .Developing the equipment and technology, it meets the people's need for wooden stair railing elbow, it is important to improve our wood-working industry's NC level.
