Oligomeric(styrene/acrylamide) copolymer(PSAM) was synthesized through flee-radical polymerization,and flow modifier PSAM/α-ZrP was prepared by melt blending with PSAM and zirconium phosphate(α-ZrP).Then PC/PSAM/α-ZrP, PA6/PSAM/α-ZrP,PC/ABS/PSAM/α-ZrP and HDPE/PSAM/α-ZrP composites were prepared by melt blending.The composites were characterized by FTIR,XRD,MFR, ubbelohde viscometer,GPC and TGA,and the mechanical properties,rheological properties and stability properties of composites were investigated.The result shows that PSAM/α-ZrP could improve the flow property of the PC/PSAM/α-ZrP composite obviously.In addition,PC/OMMT was chosen to investigate its rheological properties.It is indicated that OMMT could improve the flow property of PC.When the mass content ofα-ZrP was less than 3%,PSAM/α-ZrP didn't evoke the relative molecular mass and relative molecular mass distribution of PC changing.Comparing to pure PC,when the mass content ofα-ZrP increased,the tensile elastic modulus and the bend elastic modulus of composites increased all long,the tensile strength and the bend strength of composites also increased,the impact strength of the composites decreased gradually.But when the mass content ofα-ZrP was 1%, PC/PSAM/α-ZrP composite had better comprehensive properties.PSAM/α-ZrP could improve the flow property of the PA6/PSAM/α-ZrP composite.PA6/OMMT,PA6/PB and PA6/MB were chosen to investigated their rheological properties.It is indicated that the adding of OMMT leads to the decrease of the rheological properties of the PA6,and PB could improve the flow property of PA6 while MB did not affect the flow property.Viscosity measurements result showed that relative molecular mass of PA6 decreased with increasing PSAM/α-ZrP contents. Comparing to pure PA6,when the mass content ofα-ZrP increased,the tensile elastic modulus and the bend elastic modulus of composites increased all long,the tensile strength and the bend strength of composites also increased,the impact strength of the composites decreased gradually.The hot distort temperature of PA6/PSAM/α-ZrP increased greatly.The relative molecular mass and relative molecular mass distribution of PC/ABS changed a little with increasing PSAM/α-ZrP contents.The thermal stability of PC/ABS/PSAM/α-ZrP increased and the mechanical property of PC/ABS/PSAM/α-ZrP increased in certain degree.Finally,comparing to pure HDPE,when the mass content ofα-ZrP increased,the tensile elastic modulus and the bend elastic modulus of composites increased all long, the tensile strength and the bend strength of composites also increased,...
