The microfluidic system based on surface acoustic wave combines the functions of a lab, which includes sampling, mixing, dispensing, testing and so on. Its potential use for miniaturizing standard chemistry setups seems tremendous. It can not only consume less expensive reagent, improve working efficiency, but also overcome the experimental error. The microfluidic system based on surface acoustic wave streaming has unique advantages at low Reynold's numbers and becomes an important complement to microfluidic system.In this paper, we designed new microfluidic system based on the situation of microfluidic system based on surface acoustic wave.We analyzed surface acoustic wave and Newtonian fluid. Wave Equation of Surface Acoustic wave was also discussed.This paper introduced the mathematical model and power durability of interdigital transducers, and also discussed the matching circuit. The two kinds of interdigital transducers introduced in this paper are Parallel Interdigital Transducer and Focused Interdigital Tran sducer.The paper introduced the functions of experiment setup and thedetails of experiments. The functions of micropump and microheater were realized.
