ZnO/Co3O4,SnO2/Co3O4 complex oxide and Zn doping SnO2 nanooxide have been preparade by thermal oxidation method and solid state reaction method.。The structure and thermal property and morphotoshop of complex and doping metal oxide were studied by XRD,TG,DSC,TEM and FESEM .The gas sensing of the complex and doping metal oxide gas sensor to VOCs vapor were studied , analysised the influence of complex and doping mount to gas sensing , were compared with pure ZnO and SnO2 gas sensor. The result indicated that the crystal grain of power were collected with 60nm hereinafter, alongwith doping mount differ , the crystal size and crystal lattice parameter differed. The gas sensing of ZnO/Co3O4 complex oxide gas sensor compared to pure ZnO gas sensor ,the gas sensing of 7mol% Co3O4 mount complex oxide to three vapor was stand outed. SnO2/Co3O4 complex oxide gas sensor compared to pure SnO2 gas sensing ,the gas sensing of 3mol% Co3O4 mount complex oxide to three vapor was stand outed.In oder to improve the gas sensing of pure SnO2 gas sensor , Zn doping SnO2 were synthesized with solide state reaction method , were studied with the influence of Zn doping mount to the gas sensing of acetone,methanol and benzen . The suitability Zn ion doping mount has the standouted gas sensing, depress the working temperature to the VOCs vapor and improve selectivity and sensing.The paper has four parts. In the first part, connecting the formation mechanism of gas sensor, the formation mechanism of improvement of sensitivity of complex and doping based semiconductor gas sensor and the research actuality, had been summarized before the purpose and importance of our research have been presented. In the second part, ZnO/Co3O4 complex oxide were preparated with thermal oxidation method and the XRD ,FESEM results and gas-sensing properties of ZnO/Co3O4 complex oxide gas sensors were investigated. In the third part, SnO2/Co3O4 complex oxide were synthesized with thermal oxidation method and the XRD,FESEM result and gas-sensing properties of SnO2/Co3O4 complex oxide were investigated. The four part , the influences of doping mount to phase configuration, resistance and gas-sensing properties of Zn doping SnO2 were studied.
