Ultrafiltration(UF) has been developing quickly in recent years for its characteristics,such as operation easily,little pollution,high selectivity,and so on.NF, which has whole diameters of nanometers,is a pressure driven process that forms the ransition between nanofiltration and macrofiltration,and now has been applied in any fileds,such as medicine,water process,biologic engineering,etc.A core of Ultrafiltration Membrane separation technology how to improve the performance of ultrafiltration membrane and reduce its cost to maximize the economic benefits has be widespread concern by the people in recentyears.In this paper,quantitative analysis the impact of Polymer concentration,different Solvent ratio,Additive content,Evaporation time,The composition of coagulation bath,Coagulation bath temperature on ultrafiltration membrane performance.And the performance of ultrafiltration membrane mainly on flux,Porosity,and the cut-off rate of different molecular weight Substances.Analysis the Orthogonal test results by multivariate linear model of SPSS software.Linear regression model fit for the budget under the conditions of different membrane ultrafiltration membrane ultrafiltration membrane performance,the average error is less than 5%.Then corresponded the relationship between ultrafiltration membrane performance and the cost,design of the overall efficiency of the ultrafiltration membrane equation.To enhance the ultrafiltration membrane performance such as hydrophilicity,flux and mechanical properties.Via the phase inversion process,prepared novel SiO2/ PSF organic-mineral composite ultrafiltration membranes with different SiO2 concentration by the different ways of powder and sol-gel.The properties of the composite membranes prepared,such as the ultrafiltration(UF)performance,stability, hydrophilicity,viscosity,fouling resistance,mechanical strength and structure,were measured by appropriate instruments,and the influence of SiO2 content and adding ways on the performances of the prepared composite membranes was investigated.The experimental results show that,adding SiO2 wt=2%by powder;and adding SiO2 wt=8% to 10%by powder sol-gel can make the composite membranes' ultrafiltration(UF) performance best.But however,the ultrafiltration(UF) performance of composite membranes whith added SiO2 by sol-gel is better.
