Microbial fuel cell is the production of microbiology technology and battery technology,it is the set which uses microbiology as catalyzer to catalyse fuel into electricity energy,it can deal with wastewater effectively and at the same time produces electricity energy.This paper introduces the development of MFC,also the latest investigation and the influence factors on MFC,etc.Choosing bispheno 1(BPA) as the major dispoal object which contains hydroxybenzene that hard to dispose,it mainly investigates using fission microbial fuel cell and common anaerobic method to deal with wastewater contain BPA, then studies the removal efficiency of BPA and COD,notes the change of ORP and pH in the chamber of cathode and anode,also observes the output characteristics of the battery power.The research finds out that chroma have a comparatively large effect on removal ratio of MFC,but indistinctively to temperature.The ordinary anaerobe method has a low removal ratio in different situations of chroma and temperature.Detecting the polarization curve by the vary of MFC voltage,and then work out the essential resistance of battery and power density.It is find that the different chroma substrate causes different essential resistance of battery and density.The article else analysis the treatment effect of other two special waste water,and to find out that the treatment effect mianly have business with the water quality and ingredient of waste water,with the the biochemical efficiency.
