By means of experiment,mechanical properties of bulk nanocrystalline Fe3Al materials with different alloying elements and different amount of alloying elements were studied;Effect of compression processing on grain size of bulk nanocrystalline Fe3Al materials was studied.Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of bulk nanocrystalline Fe3Al materials was also studied.The rules of effect of the parameters on mechanical properties of the bulk nanocrystalline Fe3Al materials are given.The main conclusions are given in the following.l.With Mn content increasing,bending strength and yield strength of the material first increased and then decreased.When the content of Mn is 10wt%,the material has the best mechanical properties.Results show that Mn give a retardation effect on the ordered trasformation.After heat treatment,the average grain size of materials,bending strength and grain size increased.2.The addion of Cr in the Fe3Al improved the plasticity of the bulk nanocrystalline Fe3Al materials.With the qualities of Cr increasing,yield strength has little change and bending strength increased.Cr additon to Fe3Al based alloys decreased their order tranformation temperature.After heat treatment,the grain size increased a little.3.With the addition of Cu,the plasticity decreased and yield strength has little change.With the qualities of Cu increasing,yield and bending strength of the Fe3Al decreased.4.With the addition of Mo,the plasticity decreased.With the qualities of Mo increasing,yield strength of the Fe3Al first increases and then decreases and bending strength decreased.5.With the addition of Ni,the plasticity decreased.With the content of Ni increasing,yield strength increases;bending strength first increases and then decreases.
